Prescription Medications:
State and Federal regulations do not allow the return of prescription medications after being dispensed by the pharmacy. Once your prescription has been sent to your pharmacy and dispensed, all sales are final. You can log in to your https://www.travelwithwandr.com account before your prescription is sent to the pharmacy to update your payment method or cancel your order. Consultation Fees:
Once a licensed clinician has reviewed your intake and provided a consultation, the consultation fee is non-refundable. If your clinician determines that a prescription is not clinically appropriate, you will not be charged for medications. Cancellations:
If your prescription has not yet been sent to the pharmacy, we can cancel your order and issue a refund for the medication portion of your order. Once the prescription has been transmitted to the pharmacy, cancellations are subject to the pharmacy's own policies. Pharmacy Pickup Issues:
