The Services provide travel health education, planning tools, and access to third-party clinical providers where available. Wandr does not provide emergency services and does not replace your primary care provider. Any clinical guidance or prescriptions are provided by licensed clinicians, not by Wandr, and are subject to medical judgment and applicable laws.

Automated, assisted, or informational features of the Services (including any interactive tools or guides) are for educational purposes only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the Services.
• Attempt to access accounts or data you do not have permission to access.
• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or other harmful code.
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false information.

Orders, Payments, and Subscriptions

If you purchase products or services through the Services, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us or our payment processors to charge your payment method. Prices, taxes, fees, and delivery terms will be disclosed at checkout. Subscription terms and renewals, if applicable, will be presented at the time of purchase. The Services and all related content, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by Wandr or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

User Content and Feedback

If you submit content or feedback, you grant Wandr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for operating and improving the Services. You represent that you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wandr and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wandr and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the Services in a manner that could cause harm to Wandr, its users, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date (including the "Last Updated" date shown above). Except where applicable law requires a different process, your continued use of the Services after those changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
